Pro subscriptions are managed through your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
You can delete your account inside JobSign from the account/profile area. For security, you may need to sign in again first.
Read the Privacy Policy or email us with privacy questions.
Please include the email address on your JobSign account, your device type, and a short description of the issue. Do not send sensitive customer information unless it is needed to troubleshoot the issue.
If Pro access does not appear after purchase, open JobSign, go to the upgrade or account area, and use Restore Purchase. If it still does not sync, email support@jobsign.app.
For cancellations and refunds, use your App Store or Google Play account settings because billing is handled by the app store.
If a signing link is expired or unavailable, ask the contractor to create and send a fresh signing link from JobSign. A client does not need a JobSign account to open and sign a valid signing link.
