Delete your JobSign account
You can delete your JobSign account and associated app data from inside the JobSign app. You can also contact support if you cannot access your account.
Delete your account in the app
- Open the JobSign app.
- Go to Profile.
- Open the account area.
- Choose Delete account. If you are using a guest session, choose Delete guest data.
- Confirm deletion. For security, you may be asked to sign out and sign back in before deleting.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, email support@jobsign.app from the email address connected to your JobSign account and ask us to delete your account.
Please include “Delete my JobSign account” in the subject line. We may ask for additional information to verify that you control the account before deleting data.
Data deleted
Account deletion removes JobSign account data associated with your user ID, including:
- JobSign account profile and authentication-linked app profile data.
- Business profile details saved in JobSign.
- Approvals, job descriptions, client names, job site addresses, pricing, line items, notes, exclusions, signing links, and approval history.
- Site photos, contractor logos, signatures, signed approval PDFs, and signing packet data stored by JobSign.
- JobSign usage counters, free quota counters, and RevenueCat event documents stored in Firebase for that user.
Data that may be kept
Some records may be kept where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, tax, accounting, dispute handling, or app-store billing records. Subscription billing records are managed by Apple, Google Play, and RevenueCat, and may remain in those systems according to their policies.
Deleting your JobSign account does not automatically cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription. Manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple or Google Play account settings.
Retention period
In-app deletion starts deletion immediately. Support-requested deletion is usually completed within 30 days after we verify the request. Backup, security, billing, and legal records may remain for the limited period required for those purposes.
